- Have you ever heard someone say, we're on the same wavelength? It's not just a feeling. That connection arises when you share similar brainwaves with the person you're talking to. It's called brain coupling. In Princeton University, neuroscientist Uri Hasson, studies just that. He found that when people are communicating well, like picking up on social cues, using the same level of vocabulary, and focused on the same goals, their brains start to mirror each other. And after they start mirroring each other, they start to feel a single emotion that's actually shared by their two brains. That's what leads someone to say, we just clicked. So how can we generate that feeling of clicking in customer conversations?
