I'm Jim Rogers, and in this episode I want to continue a discussion that I started in several other episodes where I talk about flattening markups to the PDF document as a way to secure those markups. So I've shown you a couple of different ways to do that in previous episodes, but in this episode, of flattening markups, and show you some different ways that you can manipulate that flattening feature here in Bluebeam Review. So to start out with, let's just take this stamp markup. I applied a stamp that says approved to this particular document, and if you tuned into the previous episodes, remember I said that you could right-click on that markup and then simply select Flatten, which essentially changes that from a markup into part of the PDF content. I can no longer select it, move it, alter it. It's a permanent part of the document. Kind of. What I want to look at now is really, how to manipulate this flattening feature.
