- [Jim] Hello, Jim Rogers here and in this episode of Bluebeam Tips and Tricks I want to show you how to use Bluebeam's visual search tool. So we're going to head over here to the left side of the screen where I can find my search tool bar. I'm going to click to open that search panel. In another episode, I showed you the text search so we're going to click this time on visual and check out the visual search feature. You know, in construction drawings, we're not always searching for text. Sometimes we're searching for symbols. I may want to find all of the instances of this symbol here that represents the toilet. I may want to find light fixtures on an electrical plan and so on. So this visual search feature, really comes in handy but you do have to know how to use it and what some of these settings are for.
