- [Jim] Hi, Jim Rogers here bringing you another episode of Bluebeam Tips and Tricks. And this week's episode falls under that category of how to be more productive when you're working in Bluebeam Revu. Now whenever we're working with a set of construction drawings or really any document, we oftentimes have the need to email this document to other people. So I might apply a bunch of markups to this set of drawings and ask some questions. I need to email it to somebody and get a response or email it to somebody and show them what I've done. Now, I can always make my markups, save this document, close it, open my email client, start a new email, and attach this file. But in Bluebeam Revu, there's actually an easier way that's much quicker, and it's built right in. So let's find that up here in the File menu.
