Opening a new drawing from a DWT file
- [Instructor] We're starting another chapter now in our AutoCAD Developing CAD Standards course. And what we're going to do, is we're going to work with the template we created in the previous chapter. Now, when you first start up AutoCAD, you go to the Get Started area over here on the left, click on the down arrow here to select the template. And there's the template that we created in the previous chapter. Now, what I've done, is I've made sure that that ISO A3-Landscape.dwt file is available on the website for you to download as an exercise file. So you can download it, if you want to. Make sure it's in a known location, and perhaps browse to the template instead. So what we could do is, obviously, browse to the template and start a new drawing that way. The quickest way, though, is to use it if you've already saved it in that default folder. Now we should have saved it in that default folder in the last chapter.
