Retrospective
- When it comes to self-organization, feedback is incredibly important. Having an opportunity to discuss current process, results, issues, and success is imperative. Assessing how observations and experiences hold up against desired outcomes can provide a clear look at the way work was accomplished. Feedback gives the team a sincere view of how they're functioning. This event is the crowning opportunity in the agile process. This meeting is called the retrospective and the findings can be used to create a foundation for progress. Retrospectives position the team to better understand where they can go. Based off of where they have been, a team can better navigate their potential while moving forward. The path forward should include careful analysis of actions taken in previous sprints in order to demonstrate improvements in future project work.
