So, I've just found out that I’m getting laid off from my IT job, where I’d been for over two years. 😞 While I’m navigating this sudden change, I’m also realizing that my CompTIA A+ certification has been expired for a couple of years now. I didn’t renew it before because, let’s face it, those renewal costs add up! Now that I'm on the job hunt again, I'm stuck in a bit of a dilemma: Should I invest the time and money to retake the CompTIA A+ exam? Given that I have over 5 years of IT experience, is that enough to land a new job without the renewed certification? I really want to make the right move here since the job market can be competitive. If you’ve been in a similar situation, I’d love to hear your thoughts! my experiments with modifying pc behavior went well today. Lots more to learn on this one. So I think I found a way to do this . I'm really not quite sure why but I've researched the heck out of this and I'm not quite sure why I ever found it before but just one of those things . I'm studying for the ITF+ and even though I know all of this, before I spend 90 something dollars, I want to make sure I refresh. Glad I found this guy. Highly recommend. I also recommend ACI learning. They are who taught me to code in Python. I'll be getting the 1 year plan there soon but until then, it's worth a little YouTube binge. #InformationTechnology #PrepWork #Learning
