We are applying a new Cool Roof coating and waterproofing system for energy reduction and building envelope sealing on the World HQ of Operation Smile.

For 3 years since the new HVAC was installed at TCC- they had a new HVAC unit that was as big as a house, that was under negative vacuum pressure, and the ceiling or roof of the unit, was leaking badly when it rained, water was being sucked into the roof, even thought the roof was normally waterproof. Unit has not leaked since...TCC and everyone else is happy - another impossible job done.

This is our entry into the Virgin Atlantic and Dutch Postcode, Green Challenge in the Energy and c2c category for our MOONDUST tm MLI - Cool Roof systems...

We just verified that between 3/8" and 1/2" of Moondust tm MLI systems on a 3/4" plywood with 30 mils of nanotech coatings on back side of plywood (non fire side) survived more than 4 hours of direct exposure to a propane blowtorch at low temp of 1,800F and high temp of 2,000F, and the cold side of the plywood after 4 hours was not more than 285F at 90F ambient temps testing conditions.

The only indication of overheating on the cold side is some small bubbles in the hottest areas about… Show more

The only indication of overheating on the cold side is some small bubbles in the hottest areas about size of fingernail, or smaller about 15 of them, which is the the CARC military coating we imbedded jun between the nanotech coatings...for an unrelated adhesion test. The nano coating maximum temp is 395 F - and so the failure of the coating on back is due to the 2 part CARC coating layer - which was tan - which has lower elongation and adhesion loss at lower temps than the nano coatings, so it was what failed, and our coatings would still be intact if we do a sample without the CARC...in it...

We had a couple of custom made hoods made and installed them over the wall intake for the HVAC units because there was no good way to seal the wall intake from the wind driven rain, so we installed hoods which completely covered the vertical wall inlets so that no water can get in, then we install removable screens which can be cleaned and re-used.

Completed finding and fixing roof leak, and installation of Roof vents for intake units on 2nd station.

We are pleased to announce that the NRHA has renewed our 5 year contract for option year 2 with a slight increase in our contract compensation. This will be the 4th consecutive year we have had the contract since 2009.

We were awarded the contract for the new church being renovated - we are installing a 15 year roof ER system over a Hypalon roof.

Install our new patented pending system which provides the best insulation value currently available with a new seamless and monolithic protective coating that does not use any sheet metal.

The Insulation system was designed developed by Innovative Nanotechnology Solutions and is warranted for 15 years agains delamination or rust or loss of thermal conductivity.

Completed Phase III of the 3 year corrosion prevention program which was to eliminate all rust and corrosion around the Public Accessed Seal Tank Rim, which was made from raw steel.

Client called us back after 5 years, wanted a Roof coating - we gave them the same price we did 5 years ago, non profit church is happy with double the warranty coverage for same price as 5 years ago, Project to Begin April 2015.

We cannot say who our client is - due to contract regulations but we are have just been awarded another GACO waterproofing and metal roof rehab job with an established Fortune 500 Client. Work will begin in 3rd week of March 2015 and be completed by end of April 2015.

We are removing existing shingles replacing bad fire wood, plywood and installing new ice and water shield full TAMKP commercial system for the Lakes End Condo Association under contract with Preventive Maintenance Program by Warwick Builders LLC for Reduced Roofing costs.
