You've completed multiple writing internships. What career paths are waiting for you?
The same exact paths that await you if you did not complete those internships. Especially if you haven’t already parlayed those internships into something. Internships do not guarantee you a position. They’re a place to get your feet wet, a stepping stone to help you build confidence, make connections, and catch the eye of a would-be employer. But if you squander that time, it’s hard to see any benefit over just finding a job to gain experience directly. Internships can be the training wheels/entry to your chosen industry but they can also delay your start, if you’re not proactive enough to make the most of them. There are many different paths to break into your chosen profession but all of them take initiative to be successful.

How can you create a scalable and sustainable content marketing strategy for long-term brand awareness?
Authenticity. It's supremely sustainable and scalable — it’s also the easiest thing to do, which means you’ll be more likely to stick with it. The truth always resonates. This means knowing your brand well: what you do, why you do it, what you stand for (*and what you will never stand for), and most importantly who you do it all for. It should be so intrinsic that it can be easily seen and felt. Values, vision, mission — never go out of style. Once in place, everything else from staffing, company policies, marketing, sales, and service will follow. The best marketing strategies and campaigns leverage the strengths of the brand, calling on this information again and again to build a consistent image and message that resonates and delivers.
