The Impact of Misleading Photos in Hospitality
Our research reveals that when photos don’t match reality, consumers experience emotions such as regret, distrust, and anger. These feelings lead to significant consequences, especially in terms of negative word-of-mouth. Interestingly, while regret and anger strongly predict negative reviews, distrust doesn’t directly influence customers to share negative feedback.

This study investigates the integration of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) into hospitality and tourism marketing and its implications for industry professionals in the United States. This study employed a mixed methods approach, gathering qualitative insights from 20 professionals and quantitative data from a sample of 163 participants. The qualitative study revealed concerns about data privacy, customer trust, and ethical considerations regarding GAI implementation. However, participants acknowledged its potential to enhance personalization, engagement, and operational efficiency. The quantitative study supported these findings by showing a level of concern about risks but agreement on the benefits of GAI. Additionally, the participants were highly familiar with GAI, highlighting its adaptation to the industry. This study emphasizes the importance of ethical practices in utilizing AI technologies while following established principles and guidelines. Policy implications highlight the necessity for regulations that address legal and social challenges that may arise. Theoretical implications expand the understanding of GAI’s impact on marketing practices, while practical implications guide industry stakeholders.

This study investigates how the compulsive use of e-learning influences students’ academic performance via technology fatigue and technostress in hospitality and tourism schools. The data collected from 329 respondents were subjected to PLS-SEM for data analysis. The findings of the study indicate that compulsive use of e-learning develops technology fatigue and technostress, leading to negative academic performance of hospitality and tourism students. This study is exceptional as it provides symmetrical associations to understand better how the increasingly compulsive use of e-learning may result in negative academic performance in hospitality and tourism students by focusing on issues such as technostress and technology fatigue. This study’s findings provide vital reference to manage e-learning and technology usage in hospitality and tourism schools.

However, this research seeks to make contributions to the present literature of heritage management andtourism development through exploring the rich tourism potential in Mansehra. Exploratory in nature, thestudy adopts a qualitative technique combining primary and secondary data analysis and scholars observation.The findings reveal that Mansehra has no longer yet been scientifically explored and developed as a tourismdestination. The general problems that preclude the development of tourism activities in Mansehra are lack ofawareness, basic tourism infrastructure, scientifically exploration and documentation, developmental plan,waste management, conservation, and poor management of cultural and natural sites.

The determination of this research is to examine the effect of Islamic work ethics on job performance and intrinsic motivation. This study also try to investigate the mediating role of intrinsic motivation on the association between Islamic Work Ethics and job performance. Nonprobability sampling, method was used. Data were collected through adopted questionnaires from 310 teachers of different Universities situated in Malakand Division, KP-Pakistan. SPSS and AMOS were used for Statistical tests. Empirical results indicate that there is a significant positive association between Islamic work ethics, Job performance and intrinsic motivation. The study determined that the idea of Islamic work ethics works as a therapy for the emergent ethical crisis of education sector of Pakistan which should be pervaded in organizational culture for sustainable job performance and growth. Further, study explain that intrinsic motivation mediates the association between Islamic Work Ethics and Job Performance. Implications and upcomingstudy recommendations are discuss in the conclusion.
