  • Revenue Cycle Implementation

    Implemented Cerner software into 28 acute owned hospitals, over 250+ ambulatory clinics and 300+ behavioral health facilities. Worked hand in hand with Cerner consultant's, facility end users, vendors and c suite leadership.

  • Proactive Clean Up

    In charge of putting together a project to clean up Cerner Custom Language (CCL) database. Project consisted of running queries in numerous domains to discover break/fix errors. This project helped prevent numerous tickets from being logged and prevented any financial impacts that UHS may have occurred.

  • Implemented Cerner HealtheIntent Database

    -

    Integrated HealtheIntent database with UHS facilities using Cerner Millennium applications. Worked with Providence health plan to design a unique one off workflow.

  • Department of Defense "DoD" Go Live

    -

    Rolled over 100+ DoD facilities at once to Cerner software. This involved creating and modifying ambulatory units, nurse stations and new organizations within Cerner. I had to change numerous amounts of code values and re-alias everything during that process. Once the location build was complete. I had to redo almost all the rules across all the conversations in the domain, while also changing certain applications settings/preferences to account for everything. This project took over 3…

  • Community Works Clients Go Live

    Helped in coordinating a go live for over 20 clients at once. Cerner groups multiple small clients together in 1 domain and calls them Community Works. A few responsibilities that came from this was to correct corrupted data after the test go live. Provide quick and efficient changes for nurses and doctors, to make work flow easier, and make sure there was a designated team assigned for unforeseen issues.

  • Los Angeles County Dept. of Health Services

    -

    Saved Los Angeles County Dept. of Health Services 2 million dollars on a project for implementing new code values for registering new patients. The project had to be completed within a month, and added over 80 different types of code values into Cerner Custom Language data base.

  • Inventory Roll Out

    -

    Removed over 120+ desktops and laptops for CBS employees. The task's that came from this were updating the master list of all serial numbers, disposing inventory appropriately, and imaging 60+ new desktops.
