    Watch a video lesson each morning (no fewer than three per week). Then, throughout the remainder of the day, complete the career building steps assigned in the video. These actions will give you real-world experience with the concepts taught in the video and will also integrate local market knowledge and conditions into the topics presented.

    At the end of each day, review the topics covered to fully cement the learning. Following this format, three - five days per week, for three to five weeks, will give you the knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate that many third and fourth-year agents do not possess.

    During the course you'll learn about every major commercial property type, each of the common transactions, your roles in executing each transaction, the financial calculations commonly used in commercial real estate, the tools needed for success, and the people you need to get to know to be successful. Upon completion of the course you'll have the necessary knowledge to begin building your practice and earning money.

    This program is a 13-session course delivered via DVD and training 350 page manual, with practical business-building steps. You'll receive the 13 training sessions on DVD. You’ll also receive a 350 page manual. Ideally, it’s meant to be completed within three months, participating in one session per week and repeated as necessary until all systems are running smoothly.
