Another look at the future of 3d design and world building.. with AI transformation and rendering as a part of an iterative workflow. Here, I'm using @gravitysketch on my Quest 3 headset to make an initial sketch. I then upload that sketch directly in the headset, to @Vizcom_ai where I do AI refinement, and finally 3d export of the refined design. Back in Gravity sketch, I'm able to continue working on the file, or I can take it into Blender to compose the scene, and then Magnific for a sort of 3d render pass. Finally, the short animated sequences are done with Runway. No traditional 3d rendering and yet very high quality of output. What do you think of workflows like this? #art #3d

Comparison of 3DCG rendering quality in Viewtify between Unreal Engine 4.27 and 5.3, DirectX 11 and 12, CUDA 11.6 and 12.6, and Lumen on and off. DirectX 11 and 12 has little difference. Lumen enables richer image quality, but causes performance hit with 4DCT. Updating from Unreal Engine 4.27 to 5.3 was a really hard challenge. In addition, CUDA DirectX 12 interoperability was more difficult.
