How can you stay top-of-mind with clients without being pushy?
I agree with providing value via useful information and other content, but it needs to be personal. Just sharing information alone does not meet the cut. I like to tie the content to a previous conversation I had with the client, letting them know I was thinking about them and not just mass-mailing everyone in my contacts.

What are the best ways to position IT products as a solution to business challenges?
I believe the best way to position our IT products & services as a solution is to understand who our customer is. What is their story, where are they in their journey, and how have our products & services helped other customers in their journey? Being able to tell a story with customer success as the outcome, where the target customer can find themselves in it is way more powerful than anything else in my opinon.
