What do you do if your contract negotiations are hindering your relationship with potential clients?
Have you tried having another team member step in? Sometimes we simply don't get along with the person we are dealing with and personalities clash. I've been in many situations whereby either I was handed a deal or handed out a deal in which the got done with another team member. In most cases I simply worked behind the transaction and let the other team member take the lead. Remember, its all about getting the deal done. If you have exhausted all methodologies then simply bow out and say no and or best of luck, we're here if you change your mind, etc.

I received my CIPS (certified international property specialist) certification over 20 years ago and its not only made me a lot of money, but has helped me help thousands of people.
