ITESM is the largest and one of the most prestigious private university systems in Mexico and Latin America. Upon learning of this demanding weekend course of studies in Mexico City, I immediately transferred from a business graduate program at another Mexican university (Institúto Tecnológico Autónoma de México - ITAM) to join the first class of daring young Mexican executives. The large majority of classes were given by UT Austin faculty at the ITESM campus.

Based upon the writings of Oxford don Christopher Dawson, I learned a great deal about the importance of culture to social progress. Immensely admired professors such as Charles Stinson, Kenneth Shewmaker, and Charles Wood. I made some of my best lifelong friendships on the Hanover Plain. Graduated with distinction in history.
