How can you keep remote and hybrid teams motivated?
The best way to motivate remote and hybrid teams is also the best way to motivate in-person teams: (1) Have a shared goal. (2) The goal must be SMART - specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound. (3) Set up a reward system that appeals to all members of the team or a personalized reward system for each team member. To do this, you need to understand what motivates each individual. This could be recognition, financial gain, time off, or simply a sense of accomplishment. (4) Communicate progress and offer support. (5) Reward each individual as milestones are achieved and when the goal is met.

What are the key elements of a thought leadership webinar that engages your audience?
Successful execution requires advanced preparation. (1) Assign roles: emcee/host, presenters, slide advancer (if needed), question triager, audience technical trouble-shooter. (2) Create a time budget and run of show. Don't forget to account for time at the end for your conclusion and call to action. Here is a basic formula for a simple 1-hour presentation-style webinar: - 1 minute to allow stragglers to join - 2 minutes for housekeeping and platform introduction - 5 minutes for introduction of the speakers and the webinar agenda - 30-40 minutes of presentation - 10-15 minutes of Q&A - 3-5 minutes for conclusion, call to action (3) Hold a prep session to review roles, ensure technical platform competency, and review best practices.

What are the key elements of a thought leadership webinar that engages your audience?
True thought leadership helps the audience unlock a key insight: identify a previously unrecognized source of a problem, understand a topic at a deeper level, and/or become aware of solutions or applications they did not know existed. This tactic is effective in increasing awareness for your corporate brand, building corporate brand equity, and priming the audience for subsequent demand generation. Because of the intensive audience time commitment, thought leadership webinars effectively reach contacts who already have engaged favorably with lower-commitment content such as white papers and infographics. Offering content of significant value to the audience is required to acheive a meaningful target : registration : attendance ratio.
