You want to build a team with strong problem-solving skills. What's the best way to get started?
To build a team with strong problem-solving skills, start by defining clear goals and challenges. Encourage open communication, foster a collaborative environment, and consider diverse perspectives during team formation. Prioritize candidates with a proven track record of creative problem-solving and conduct scenario-based interviews to assess their analytical abilities. Continuous training and team-building activities can further enhance problem-solving capabilities.

During Presidency I oversaw a $60K securities account and managed an annual operating budget of $40K. Worked to increase membership and conference participation, enhance the association's educational experiences, and implement the Association's first Strategic Plan and oversaw the development of a second four-year plan in 2012 that was approved by the membership. Together with my colleagues on the Board of Directors, we achieved 80% of the four-year plan by 2012. http://fraternitycommunications.com/ -
