“As my direct supervisor for two years, Sophia White has demonstrated effective leadership, grit, commitment, excellent time-management skills, and extensive knowledge of content strategy, all while leading an entire group of college students. During my time working with Sophia, she helped me reach my highest potential. She taught me how to be more curious, ask questions, be confident pitching ideas, understand the magnitude of digital signage, create new marketing campaigns, and so on. I've been thoroughly impressed with Sophia's ability to manage over twenty students, multiple ongoing university campaigns, social media outreach strategies, and collection of analytics, all at the same time. While Sophia had many tasks to juggle, she still dedicated time to conduct weekly meetings with every student and provide valuable feedback and insight. She initiated some of the best and most effective university campaigns my school was lucky to receive. She focused on essential issues of inclusivity, mental and physical health, diversity, social life, and everything necessary to us students. Having her as my supervisor allowed me to push for these campaigns at my university and collaborate with other universities on larger scaled projects. Sophia is the reason for making my time at Apogee, one of the greatest working experiences in my entire career. I highly recommend Sophia White for any management and business role. Please feel free to contact me for any additional information. Alaa Nasser [email protected] ”
