KESHAV SITA MEMORIAL FOUNDATION AND RUDRA ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS
As a working professional in Atlas Copco, I was engaged in an environmentally beneficial cause wherein we collected plastic bags from our fellow employees and sent them to ‘Keshav Sita Memorial Foundation Trust’ that recycles them into fuel. Moreover, we distribute paper bags to all those who gave 10 or more plastic bags as gratitude.

• To estimate the in-control distribution parameters, phase-I analysis was used. Firstly, data was analyzed to check for normality. This data was then standardized in order to make it feasible to conduct PCA analysis.
• Scree plot was used to determine number of Principle Components to be considered to explain the amount of variability.

• Introduction to generators. Working principle of PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen generators.
• Conducted Design of Experiments for different Layout proposals to decrease time to market, decrease development and production costs, and improve quality and reliability.
• Pre-analyzation of complexities for finalizing positions of different parts of compressor.
• Analysing possible design and manufacturing errors while proposing layout.
• Optimisation based on cost consideration; standardising wherever possible
• Considering the process records as well as assembly built-up record to improve the quality as well as aesthetics of the whole unit.
• Design reviews for assembly as well as individual parts to minimize the built-up issues (Functional and production prototype built-up) and PIBA comments.
• Optimal space utilisation for the whole unit (Customer needs: Height≤1900mm, Width≤860mm, Length≤1600mm). Achieved dimensions: 1860x830x1400
• Manual BOM generation containing module wise part lists, maintaining new parts in Business planning and control system (BPCS), maintaining status sheet.
