As the industry evolves, the traditional saying "new business heals everything" seems to be losing its relevance. Agencies are facing challenges in growing new business and organic new business, and the consequences are dire. Shortened client tenure, erosion of agency culture, lack of mentorship, and a visible loss of craft are just some of the consequences. However, the real tragedy is how far downstream agencies have moved in their relationships with clients, no longer considered the "trusted advisor". To survive, agencies are cutting talent above the mid-level range, leading to underpaid, overworked mid-level talent. It's crucial for agencies to find a way to adapt to the changing times without sacrificing their craft and relationships with clients. Curious what solutions my network recommends to aggregate calendars from multiple accounts to have a consolidated view but keeping it all private and also having a feature where you can share a scheduling link that only shows pre-set open times for scheduling on demand. Ideally looking for free or low cost options.

GA clinical trial news from Market Scope: Alkeus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. reported positive topline results on Oct. 23 from the Phase III SAGA trial of #gildeuretinol acetate (ALK-001), a once-daily oral therapy candidate targeting geographic atrophy (GA). Alkeus, of Cambridge, Massachusetts, said ALK-001 showed a statistically significant reduction in the GA lesion growth rate of 15.3 percent vs. placebo from six to 24 months. ALK-001 also slowed the decline in visual function, with 4.4 fewer letters lost in low luminance visual acuity over 24 months. #GeographicAtrophy #GA #DryAMD #clinicaltrial #positiveresults
