For instance, in the credit sector, the true capabilities of large models can only be realized when they significantly influence customer experiences in financial services and critical business decisions like risk evaluation and operational strategy," Zhu Guang, CEO of 度小满, told us in an interview at the Hong Kong FinTech Week 2024.
On September 13, OpenAI launched the o1-preview model. According to OpenAI's description, the o1 model is a new large language model that has been trained using reinforcement learning to perform complex reasoning tasks. Before responding to users, the o1 model generates a lengthy internal chain of thoughts.
Zhu noted that Du Xiaoman is performing additional tests to assess the effectiveness of risk control decision-making using the reasoning capabilities of large models. The crucial aspect is that the model has already acquired knowledge in risk control and demonstrates reasoning skills, highlighting significant potential for AI models in the realm of risk control decision-making.
