“Shailley brought clarity of thought to a lot of our mobile planning, leveraging a lot of his experience in the video ad network business to help us think through and execute our GTM. In particular he helped think through the network effect of ads standardization at Yahoo and bring that to bear across all properties and solutions (i.e. herding cats), and this speaks to his ability to work across an org and gain alignment (and his persistence!). On the Vivaki Pool project Shailley was at the forefront of ad unit innovation and creativity, conceiving and pitching a number of unique new ideas. As a result of this, he quickly launched a new ad unit for us, called the Polyad, and helped the sales team ramp and adopt it.”
