Gross margins increased, driven by favorable product mix, Splunk integration, and productivity improvements, with 57% of total revenue now from subscriptions. Annualized recurring revenue (ARR) reached $29.9B, up 22% year-over-year. ✅ Surge in AI Demand – Cisco technologies are enabling AI training infrastructure, connectivity and emerging AI inference workloads.
