What is the best way to present your findings and recommendations to a client?
The visual display of data is one area where most consultants fall flat. This is a different skill than listening, organizing, strategizing, and writing. But your charts and graphs tell as much of a story as your writing and words. I recommend reading Edward Tufte's early books, "Envisioning Information" and "The Visual Display of Quantitative Information", and attending his seminars!

What is the best way to present your findings and recommendations to a client?
It's very easy for consultants to get caught up in their own jargon, but your job is to communicate. Make sure that you are expressing yourself in words they will understand and avoid meaningless buzzwords. This is especially important now that AI is generating so much flowery prose - stand out by expressing things in your client's language!

What is the best way to present your findings and recommendations to a client?
As a consultant, communication is your most valuable skill. You are not merely reporting facts, you are communicating observations and recommendations. That's why it's critical to put yourself "in the shoes" of your client and try to see your work from their perspective. Why did they hire you? What are their goals? Once you embrace these elements you can prepare a report that both expresses your findings and helps them truly understand them!
