🎶Let’s get digital, digital 🎵 If you hand your patients paper on a clipboard and a pen, you are the problem. For every page filled out, there’s time sucked out of your staff’s day. Implementing digital forms or ways for patients to complete onboarding prior to the visits will streamline the process.

Are these questions even real?? What healthcare team member would be RESISTANT to patient data security??It’s not an option on some menu -it’s a requirement, a non-negotiable. If the member does not comply with policy, they should be terminated.

Patients are questioning your healthcare marketing campaign. How will you address their feedback?
I’m struggling to imagine what issue the patient would have with a marketing campaign. They are a PATIENT, meaning the campaign worked. If it’s some other discrepancy, validate their feelings and look at the effectiveness of that campaign. Maybe interview other patients that came in as a result? This question could use some further context.

You're struggling with delegating tasks to freelancers. How can you ensure quality control in your business?
Delegating tasks to freelancers feels "off". You leverage freelancers to do the work. If the work you're giving them is outside of the scope, re-write the scope. Often times, output issues are often input related. Could you have been more clear in the brief on the project? Did you ask them if they are crystal clear on what the expectation is? Communication is key. Also, freelencers are people too - they will do the best work when they are respected and appreciated.

You're juggling marketing channel funds for your startup. How do you decide where to allocate them?
Test then Iterate. Take a portion of your total budget and spread it across the channels you wish to test. Keep it consistent (creative, audience, etc) and only measure the engagement metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) across these channels. Allocate the balance of your budget to the best performing channel. Keep in mind that successful campaigns have an omnichannel approach and a deep understanding of the user's mindset while they are in that channel. You can be cheap but only if you're smart.

Three simple ways to cultivate trust: 1. Listen Listen not to respond but to understand. Active listening is a superpower. 2. Do what you say Have a deadline? Keep it. Make a promise? Follow through with it. 3. Become Invaluable Even if it's outside of your service scope, if you can drive value at evey chance and keep their best interests in mind, you will have a client and their trust.

But of course a value based care provider that went public via SPAC in 2021 $297 open price at IPO $487 high price post IPO $3.00 current trading price Notably, CareMaxbought Steward's Medicare VBC business in 2022 for $135M As part of that transaction, double yacht owning Ralph de la Torre became a board member of CareMax Solid foreshadowing Here's what CareMax recently said in it's 10-Q related to its business: "These conditions raise substantial doubt regarding the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern..." Meaning, it may file for bankruptcy if it can't turn things around Some numbers from the quarter: $156M current assets $507M current liabilities $232M revenue ($21.7M) op loss ($23.8M) cash from ops 1:30 reverse stock split recently issued Translation, you had 30 shares and now you have 1 Some more numbers: 55 centers 218,000 covered members 99% under VBC arrangements And last interesting bit of info: "Our principal sources of liquidity have been cash generated by our centers and MSO operations, and borrowings under our credit facilities." When your third key source of liquidity is borrowing, that's an issue Sorry, sorry, one more thing... Apparently, after the acquisition of Steward's VBC business, Steward doctors continued to serve these patients, though they would then be paid from CareMax... which didn't happen What's going on at CareMax?
