Our friends at Whatfix just raised a massive $ 125Mn round from Warburg Pincus LLC, SoftBank Investment Advisers. We are stoked beyond imagination for them as they were one of the early adopters of Nektar.ai I first met Khadim in early 2013 during my Capillary days at a startup event where we had booth stands next to each other and were hustling to capture leads and do demos of our respective products. The Whatfix product was a bit different at that time and focused on improving in-app adoption for other B2B products which ofcourse now has completely changed and evolved into World's best Digital Adoption Platform. I have been following their journey since then and saw them laser focus on the US market & Enterprises. They have not just built a world class product but also built one of the best data driven and disciplined GTM engine. They have cracked different verticals, and focused solutions for Salesforce and Workday. I have been going to their booth at Dreamforce for 3 years in a row and it get's bigger and better each year. This time they had already booked 200 meetings even before Day 1 started at Dreamforce. It's been an amazing learning for me as a founder to observe Khadim and learn from him and his team. They were our customer number 5 and have added great value by pushing us to innovate harder to support their GTM Efficiency goals.
