    Monika's Doggie Rescue is a no-kill shelter, rescuing and rehoming abandoned dogs from death row in Sydney's pounds. Based at the Ingleside adoption centre. Responsible for welcoming visitors to the Doggie Rescue adoption centre who may be interested in fostering or adopting a doggie, or volunteering to walk, cuddle etc.

    NSW SES is a volunteer-based organisation that provides emergency assistance to the people of NSW 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. It is the approximately 9,000 volunteers across the state that make this possible.

    We are the lead agency for flood, storm and tsunami in NSW. We manage responses to these emergencies and help communities prepare through planning and education. We often support other emergency services in a variety of emergency response roles. We also…

We also provide specialist capabilities including general land rescue, vertical rescue, road-crash rescue, driver reviver and alpine search and rescue.

    NSW SES Volunteers come from all walks of life, bringing with them many different skills, interests and backgrounds. They are united by the purpose of supporting their communities in times of need.
