  • Cogiscan Implementation

    We were adding Cogiscan, an additional ERP system, to track our SMT components. I was the lead for the materials team; charged with learning how the system worked, developing the work flows, creating the production process, and documenting that process.

  • Dirty coin clean up

    We were contact by a customer that had a problem. One of their facilities in New York had flooded, submerging several bins of coin and covering them with sediment. In this soiled condition, the coin was not redeemable- the customer was looking at a large loss if they could not get the coin cleaned up, dried off, and counted.
    Through some innovative problem solving and a lot of hours, we were able to recover all of the liability for the customer at a very reasonable cost.

    A quality defect resulted in a large numbers of failures in the field. I was part of the recall team, leading an off-site crew in the recovery and replacement of the affected customer product.

    The company was in danger of losing some accounts if we could not get out coin inventory balanced. I was given the opportunity to develop a process for shipping and receiving liability along with developing the process to balance the inventory and keep it balanced.
