Last week we shared our Q1 ’24 results and I wanted to highlight an excerpt that showcases the strides we have made in our CX transformation. “Improved Customer Experience (CX) Leading to Higher Satisfaction Scores CX improvements year-over-year across a variety of metrics driven by a 'First Time Right' approach: ~1.7 million fewer inbound calls year-over-year in Q1 2024. ~235k fewer truck rolls year-over-year in Q1 2024. +13pts improvement in tNPS Q1 2024.” We have achieved over 7 straight quarters of tNPS improvement. It takes commitment from the entire organization towards taking customer centric actions to drive results like these. The quality of the data in our catalog affects nearly everything we do from helping customers find and buy what they're looking for, to how we store inventory in the network, to delivering orders.
