    In the world of physics, critical mass is the minimum amount of fissile material needed to maintain a nuclear chain reaction. In everyday life, critical mass is the size or amount of something required to start or maintain any venture. In the world of Visionetics, critical mass is achieved at the point in which all elements and components necessary to reach optimal performance in every area of life are reached. The primary components required to reach critical mass are a positive self-image, elevated self-esteem, self-confidence, the capacity to create and maintain an optimal state a lucid vision and proper motive.

    All of these components can manifest themselves in multitudinous forms, and each has its own complex makeup that consists of sub-elements that must be understood in order to optimize the capacity of that particular element. Critical Mass is a book that examines the totality of the performance spectrum and shows you how, regardless of background, past failures, educational level, socioeconomic status, etc., you can achieve anything that you are able to conceive in your mind.

    With the intergenerational transmission of trauma as a root problem in African American behavior, I endeavored to unwrap origin, causality, perpetuation, and resolution. I confront relational and familial issues, inferiority complexes, consumerism, disunity, how we view and treat property, incest, rape and other forms of CSA, as well as religious influences on social mobility and functionality. As is my philosophy, it did not stop with identifying the origins and causes but continued in the intense work of facilitating repair and healing.

Over time, it became apparent that there was a specific need that was not being met in the community — a need for justice and opportunity for all blacks. The mission has shifted its focus to the empowerment of black people, regardless of religious…

    The Odyssey Project, a community initiative initially launched as a collaboration between Rick Wallace Ministries and Eastgate Discipleship Ministries, was founded on the premise that warfare requires soldiers that are adequately equipped for battle. Over time, it became apparent that there was a specific need that was not being met in the community — a need for justice and opportunity for all blacks. The mission has shifted its focus to the empowerment of black people, regardless of religious affiliation. This new paradigmatic shift is the brainchild of five dynamically powerful and innovative thinkers, men who are prepared to lead the charge towards elevation and empowerment for all blacks.


    The new designation, The B-1 Odyssey Project represents the new direction that this project has taken. The B-1 stands for Black First. This means that we support, protect and empower everything black before extending ourselves outward to become involved in any exogenous issues and activities. The word “Odyssey” represents the ethereal journey that we are undertaking to reclaim our identity as kings and queens. Although there are many, our constant mantra is “The Rise of a Black Nation!”


    We here at The B-1 Odyssey Project stand firm in our belief that any message meant to elevate a specific people must weighted with the unadulterated truth. We stress the importance of discipleship in the fullest sense; a work begun must be completed. We also place a strong emphasis on the responsibilities of men to reclaim their designed roles as leaders, heads, protectors, providers, and more. We are sending out a clarion that serves to alert every black person to the fierce urgency of the matter at hand... We at The B-1 Odyssey Project have a transpicuous apprehension of the fact that without committed soldiers on the front line, there can be no victory.
