A big thanks to Sagar Paul for leading me to the treasure crafted by my dear friends Sachin Dharmapurikar and Dinker Charak! (Takeaway #1 - We need to catchup more often!) Just one night later, I found myself engrossed, reading it cover to cover in one sitting... and it was absolutely worth it. (Though I personally prefer screen reading, I highly recommend getting the physical book.) I've been following their stellar work on EEBO for years, grounded in practical field experiences rather than theoretical GenAI concepts (prevalent these days!). This book is a practical primer for engineering practitioners, packed with actionable insights. Inside, you’ll find ready reckoners to help you start and proven techniques to guide you along the way. Expecting scientific formulas or quick fixes for success? You'll be disappointed! This is real, practical advice for those ready to dig deep and achieve real business outcomes through perseverance and an engineering mindset. And yes, there are ready-to-use templates to kickstart your journey! One small suggestion (Errata?) to authors: Drop the "Agile Coach" role mentioned. It’s overused (aka. abused) in the industry and doesn’t quite fit in this epic guide focused on high-performance engineering teams.
