The gravitational pull of AI, LLM, and ML is very strong. As a daily user of ChatGPT and GitHub's Copilot, I often find them invaluable. However, in some cases, they might not be the best fit. For example, during a project at Apploi, I was reminded of the importance of thoroughly understanding the requirements before selecting the appropriate tools. Go figure. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Nothing beats the feeling of pride and accomplishment for a tech designer, architect, or developer or delivery lead than watching their "development baby" go live on app store platforms in 7 months. Building apps from scratch with clean architectures like MVVM, implementing design patterns, and adhering to best practices in security, scalability, and performance optimization is truly fulfilling. Using technologies such as TypeScript, React Native, Redux, Axios, Flipper, Reactotron, and Sentry, while addressing VAPT issues, adds to the sense of achievement. On the flip side, working with offshore teams poses challenges beyond physical distance. Bridging the gap in understanding the business domain and the purpose behind the functions being developed often requires repeating the business case, requirements, and workflows multiple times. Explaining intricate healthcare workflows to offshore resources, who lack visibility into processes like registrations, patient appointments, consultations, lab tests, imaging tests, insurance, claims, and payments, can be daunting. Understanding these complex interactions is vital for effective collaboration and development. I've had tremendous support from management, along with beautiful designs from our internal UI/UX team. The goal is to cleanse the heart of grudges and embrace humility, selflessness, and a fresh start. But this tradition of seeking and offering forgiveness goes beyond religious practice; it provides valuable lessons for our professional lives as well: 1.
