One of the most powerful things you can convey to a teenage girl is that they are beautiful inside and out. That is the ongoing mission of the Arizona Princess Program – to give teenage foster girls an evening that celebrates how truly wonderful they are.
With the help of the local business community, the girls are pampered with formal dresses, shoes, jewelry and professional makeup assistance.
