Discovered that American Heart Association, Emergency Cardiovascular Care did not have direct final customer contact, sales insights and training center ratings. The relationship with the certificate holder was through a second party training facility. AHA had no feedback or way of checking on quality controls directly through certificate holders.

Conceptualized, project managed and launched a global cloud SaaS CRM certificate verification system, CPRverify, allowing AHA, for the first time, direct customer contact, sales and training center ratings. CPRverify is based on a global secure database that verified cards by secure manual, instructor and center coding. Platform is built with consideration to deliver ePublishing sales in the future.

    Biggest challenges:
    • C-Level, Board, Volunteer and Staff understanding of the need and earning support of a non-budgeted technology launch.
    • Legal Departments knowledge of International Data Management and SaaS security processes.

    Biggest Rewards:
    • Reduction in Fraud (Card, Book, Traing Center and Instrutor) resulting in greater revenue and the ability to service more language translations and markets know for piracy.
    • Direct communication with Certificate holders and Instructors.
    • Student ranking of Training Centers to reward exceptional performance and pinpoint improvements needed.

CPRverify was designed specifically to support our dedicated training network. This online tool enables students, instructors, and training centers to quickly verify training completed by an authorized AHA instructor. Verification of training is quick, easy and can be done any day, anytime, 24 hours a day. CPRverify also makes it easier for our training centers to monitor and track all of their training.

This program is only available to authorized American Heart Association Training Centers, instructors, and students who are located outside of the United States. Working together to make a difference and save more lives.
