    These solar projects were the result of years of business development and hundreds of solar and wind assessments and feasibility studies throughout the region and Hawaii.

    Hood River Solar - Working with local solar contractor, Community Energy, we re-designed and installed this 17 kW solar project prior to year end, as promised. When our budget was approved, our window of opportunity and mountain weather was closing in fast.

    This $400,000, 37 kilowatt solar installation sits on top of the nation’s first Gold LEED certified restoration of a historic building. The Natural Capital Center is considered by many the epicenter of Sustainability in Portland. Working with Ecotrust, Sustainable Solutions Unlimited, Solar World, BEF Inc and Stoner Electric, this installation offsets ~10% of the 70,000 sq. ft. building's electricity load.
