Mentor
Vistage Worldwide, Inc.
Mentoring others is a pay-it-forward experience for me. It’s something that’s truly ingrained in my day-to-day life. I’ve benefited from the guidance of countless mentors throughout my own career, especially through my membership with Vistage (www.vistage.com). Now, with years of entrepreneurship behind me, I actively mentor other Vistage members who represent the next generation of entrepreneurs.
I also mentor past employees who have gone on to start their own businesses, and I consider…Mentoring others is a pay-it-forward experience for me. It’s something that’s truly ingrained in my day-to-day life. I’ve benefited from the guidance of countless mentors throughout my own career, especially through my membership with Vistage (www.vistage.com). Now, with years of entrepreneurship behind me, I actively mentor other Vistage members who represent the next generation of entrepreneurs.
I also mentor past employees who have gone on to start their own businesses, and I consider myself a mentor to my current employees as well. When I hire them I tell them that my job is to assist them in growing to their fullest potential including providing access to programs such as positiveintelligence.com -- a course for identifying roadblocks to your success and working to manage them calmly and without anxiety.
