“I have recently reconnected with Paul after an unexplained absence. He was instrumental in landing a million dollar account at DF Smith and Associates, which dwarfed previous sales successes. I considered it an honor to assist him in working out some of the details and on the basis of that work we both found ourselves at Marsh the following year. Currently we both find ourselves as partners in our own respective firms with incredible synergies but most importantly a shared sense of how to better serve clients and help make their benefits programs more efficient. Not suprisingly we have focused on improving the health of employees and applying holistic approaches that truly address the problem. Paul always puts the interests of his clients first and not only possesses a keen mind for marketing, he has impeccable ethics and is genuinely a pleasure to work with. While we have had a rather impressive record of collaborating previous, I have no doubt that Paul's additional experience and acumen for digging deep into how to best serve clients will result in even greater success. If you have the opportunity to work with Paul, jump at the chance. He is one of those individuals whose word is his bond and who infuses his work with a passion for excellence and even when doing the most mundane tasks he is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and do whatever needs to be done. In an industry where there are far too many overseers, Paul is a doer.”

How do you balance your personal and professional development when working with brokers?
My principles and beliefs are rooted in building trust through transparency, honesty and genuinely wanting to partner with my broker/consultant clients to accomplish their goals. If I stay true to helping them, I will almost certainly reach my personal goals and know that I am not compromising my values.
