💡WHY YOU SHOULD CREATE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT IN YOUR FIELD ? In this new age of content creation, if you are not creating content you might be loosing out. We all have definitely heard this. But creating content around a niche topic like builder funding every week did not seem easy. But we just started taking consistent actions week after week and kept improvising with each video. But why exactly are we taking these efforts and you should too ! 🔹CREDIBILITY - Financial Consultancy industry can get murky at times when one has plenty consultants to choose from and claim that they can get the job done. But when we make videos on the subject and various related concepts; our viewer base that consists of our clients, associates, bankers, various real estate professionals etc. get immediate faith and confidence that we know what we are talking and understand the technicalities of getting the job done. 🔹SHARING KNOWLEDGE - Sharing knowledge with your associates and team is fulfilling and helps them well equipped to generate better leads for you. Because without clear understanding of what problem you exactly solve; one cannot refer you to anyone. 🔹REFLECTING ON OWN KNOWLEDGE - We have all learnt that Knowledge shared is Knowledge gained. When we deep dive into any topic to explain it to someone we learn better and in turn communicate better. For eg. Earlier when someone asked me if a barter contractor can get construction finance - I used to refuse giving a very quick reply. But after we made a video on why a barter contractor cannot get CF - I now put forth my point better and the opposite person also understands the logic quicker and better behind the no. 🔹VISIBILITY - Earlier we used social media to share milestones. Which is what all of us usually do right ? As the name suggests you can’t keep having key events happening in your life everyday. So how does one ensure that they can stay relevant, visible and have a recall value amongst the professional community ? By creating content. Content creation is not easy or doesn’t come naturally to most of us. Trying to be perfect from Day 1 is also not practically possible. Small, consistent, patient efforts will give you compounded results. Version 1 is always better than Version None.
