How can you manage a team with varying skill levels in advertising?
Don't use a one size fits all methodology for managing the team. Agree on a vision/end goal and empower people to find their own paths to get there. Keep your door open if they have questions but don't micromanage. Different experience levels can be a competitive advantage. One of the most successful video games in history was Goldeneye on the N64 developed by Rare. A majority of the team had no video game experience which gave them a unique perspective and helped it become a top seller for the video platform with well over 1 million sold.
