“Natasha is, simply put, a powerhouse. We both joined SIA at around the same time, when the company was going through a major transition. These times are not often the easiest to join a company, but Natasha was undeterred, rolled up her sleeves, and got to work. She built a coaching function from the ground up. This involved developing and iterating on recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes, and working closely with our curriculum team to ensure that coaches were properly trained and prepared to deliver great learning experiences to our customers. And the numbers speak for themselves! She recruited over 100 coaches, built an amazing community, and her efforts were instrumental to successfully pivoting our company from content-first to coaching-first. It is not an understatement to say that that pivot would not have been possible without her. Our coaches love Natasha; she’s an amazing relationship-builder, makes everyone’s voices heard, and at the same time ensures that our coaches are creating tremendous value. Natasha is also a manager’s dream. She’s entrepreneurial, dives head first into challenges, and can execute with minimal support. My one-on-ones with her have been one of my favorite parts of this job, because it’s been incredible to see her drive and growth. Moreover, she’s amazing at working cross-functionally, and has built strong relationships with our Sales, CS, and Engineering teams. She’s an asset to any team or organization, and I’ve genuinely been in awe of her abilities and strengths.”
