“Molly was the recruiter who orchestrated hiring engineers for my team. She quickly picked up on the skills I was seeking and immediately started routing the right candidates to me. On the other end of the interviewing process, Molly became a favourite among candidates quickly. Some of them emailed me about Molly's professionalism and how she always kept them in the loop during the interview process. Her ability to be highly efficient at narrowing down the right candidates without sacrificing kindness is a rare quality. In a world where candidates are often ghosted, Molly always respectfully closes the loop with both the candidate and the hiring team. If you are seeking a phenomenal communicator who is also detail oriented, organized, compassionate, and relentless in finding the right candidate, you have found her.”
