One thing that i found critical in my transition from the corp world- in marketing, sales and business management- to entrepeneurial career was the consisting training in developing new capabilities. Before changing to entrepreneurship career in 2008 i was already devoted to digital marketing and the understanding of its impact on the future of the business. I studied the digital models of individualities with great online reach like Tony Robbins or Brian Tracy and how they marketed their experience online. That gave me the base to start my entrepreneurial career bringing fresh perspective on how to accelerate start-up business growth through the power of communities and collaboration.

How would you adapt your strategic plan in response to sudden market changes affecting your practice?
COVID crisis brought early signs of potentially strong impact on the business and the proactivity on planning reaching out to clients and communicating openly to the teams was decisively to steer business even in very different conditions previous to the pandemic. A clear analysis, strategy, and detailed execution plan was key during these paradigmatic changing times.
