In 2015 I managed programs for Honda as a Tier 1 supplier. But I didn't need anything magical to reach my goal. I just focused on these 3 every week: (1) Building Relationships I made sure to connect with my team and clients. Listen actively. Show genuine interest. Be available for support. Strong relationships lead to trust and success. (2) Communicating Clearly Ensuring everyone was on the same page was key. Hold regular meetings. Use clear, concise language. Follow up on important points. Communication clarity avoids misunderstandings. (3) Continuously Learning I constantly sought new knowledge and skills. Attend workshops. Read industry articles. Seek feedback. Learning keeps you adaptable and ahead. Which of these resonated with you?
