“I was lucky enough to be able to work closely with Meaghan for 8 months as the product designer on our growth team, and would recommend her highly. Meaghan approaches complex problems with energy and enthusiasm, and quickly learns about the problem space at a great depth. For example, when we were working on a large initiative to create a more flexible subscription pricing structure, she became an expert in our existing pricing system. Not only would she answer sticky technical questions around our pricing system during meetings to keep the group aligned, but she also shared a learning document with the company to lift the people around her to her level. Her ability to attack sticky problems and then lift stakeholders up alongside her to approach them together is amazing to witness. Meaghan excels at communication in a remote environment, and stays flexible to accommodate what works best for her team. During our work on activation, she created detailed written documents for group alignment on our direction (along with visual diagrams for visual learners,) posted regular, clear updates in Slack, and led remote meetings with various stakeholders so everyone understood the direction. Meaghan’s ability to stay flexible and communicate direction in multiple ways is a superpower that will help with the alignment of any remote team. When you combine the ability to approach complex problems with stellar communication, and then add an expertise in business and focus on measurable impact, you get a powerful force to improve a product in multiple strategic directions. Meaghan brings this power to any team she works with, and would be an amazing addition to any product team. I can’t recommend her highly enough.”
