If you’re the founder, it’s likely somewhere between $200–$1,000 per hour. Now think about this: Every hour you spend on low-value tasks like managing your inbox or scheduling calls is an expensive mistake. Why? Because that time could be spent on high-impact activities that actually drive growth.
