    Worked with front-line caregivers to create processes to reduce C-diff rates. Also, worked with Environmental Services to introduce a new standard of cleaning with improved chemicals for C-diff reduction. Processes where developed standardized, trained and audited.

    Worked with a Post Surgical Unit to coach front-line staff to drive change and improve outcomes. Some of the techniques used were: A3, PDSA problem solving, Kaizen generation and Lean Six Sigma training.
