I appreciated the dialogue at #FortuneGlobalForum this week with Andrew Nusca from Fortune and Kate Johnson from Lumen Technologies about AI’s rapid shift from concept to real-world impact.   To adopt AI at scale, you must have a North Star. The industrial sector’s North Star is accelerating the path to autonomy with the powerful trifecta of 5G, Cloud and AI coming together to solve the critical challenges of skill shortages and asset maximization.   We also discussed the critical importance of collaboration and sharing capabilities across ecosystems. Each company brings its strengths to solve customer problems together and scale faster -- we should not repeat and learn what others have already figured out. Forget the science fiction replicants; these digital twins are virtual replicas of real-world systems, fueled by real-time data and powered by AI's analytical prowess. The potential impact on sustainability is mind-boggling. Imagine a city with a digital twin constantly monitoring energy usage, predicting peak demands, and optimizing resource allocation. Or, a manufacturing plant with a digital twin meticulously simulating production lines to minimize waste and optimize efficiency. This isn't just about efficiency gains; it's about proactive planning. By anticipating challenges and identifying optimization opportunities, AI-powered digital twins can be a powerful tool for environmental protection. However, navigating this new frontier comes with its own set of challenges. Data security and privacy concerns need to be addressed. Additionally, integrating legacy systems and ensuring seamless data flow across various platforms can be a technical hurdle. But these are challenges we can overcome. Today we're excited to formally launch our Intent Driven Leads offering. We've been piloting it for the last 7 months with customers like Cisco. "We needed to drive a large volume of leads in a short time to hit our pipeline goal for the quarter. As we continue to advance sustainability, I've learned that the key ingredients include partnerships, collaboration, and innovation. Microsoft's Climate Innovation Fund is a one of my favorite examples of how we do this. It’s inspiring to meet some of the remarkable organizations that are making a difference in tackling critical climate challenges. A few that we got to chat with during our most recent Climate Innovation Fund Summit are:   - New Sun Road, P.B.C. is accelerating renewable energy deployment.  - Utilidata is enhancing the flexibility of our distribution grid.  - SustainCERT is focused on scaling the credibility of carbon credits through digital verification.    And there are many more companies and funds we get to work with as investors, buyers, and through establishing technology and go to market partnerships to accelerate adoption and scale.  Learn more below!

We're now a few years removed from the pandemic. It changed the way we communicate. Zoom became a necessary collaboration tool to support an at home workforce. 💻 Teams rose up to meet it. Now, Webex is entering the fray. 🌐 IT leaders are now rationalizing those tools against a backdrop of existing telephony 📞 investments, and maybe the relationships that they have with other well respected UCaaS players for a few years now.
