The consumer price index, a broad measure of costs for goods and services across the U.S. economy, declined 0.1% from May, putting the 12-month rate at 3%, around its lowest level in more than three years, the Labor Department reported. Finish Strong Friday <-- Create and Embrace New Efficiencies!! AMS Retail Solutions Inc is such a multi-faceted, super-fun, and highly energetic company, and a large part of what I do, and the AMS family does is recruiting! We all go through resumes, make phone calls, screening candidates, but it's not always the fastest process, leaving voice mails, playing phone tag, email tag, etc. Personally, I love problem solving or trying to improve systems, or as the title states, creating new Efficiencies!!!! Last year, I came up with Robo Text recruiting, which worked great, texting candidates with pertinent info on the position, getting feedback much faster, and getting faster turns on my recruiting efforts, but it was still a somewhat manual process. Was there a way to make this go any faster?!?!? Simultaneously, we partner with UKG and last week, I embraced their Email recruiting piece of their software, using the same pertinent and in-depth job info, to provide the candidate as much info up front to make an educated decision, and if they wanted to move forward with one of our awesome roles! The email portion is a one click blast to candidates! This was an immediate game changer, speeding up the process exponentially! Monday I sent out emails on two job reqs that I was working on, and almost as fast as the text message responses, my inbox started getting flooded with well informed candidates that were excited to continue to explore our job opportunities! Long story short, I LOVE this new process and successfully set up quite a few additional interviews, that I might not have been able to, with the previous process! So with that said, what new Efficiencies can you create or embrace to help speed up or smooth over your processes! Is there a new technique in approaching your customers for sales? Is there a new report that simplifies the feed-back that you're sending to the field. Is there a new app that you can switch to that might speed up your calendar for the week? What can you do to Finish Your Friday Stronger!!!!!!!!
