🌟 Reflecting on My Journey in Leadership 🌟 Most of my career I couldn’t see the value of being a good leader. I struggled with the balance between leadership and management. I struggled with understanding how to flex my communication style. I even struggled with wanting to put the effort into being a good leader. Today, I am incredibly grateful for the training and experiences that have shaped my leadership path. 🚀 I am currently on my own individual growth plan, embracing the art of leadership and continuously striving for improvement.
